We are expecting you from 15th June 2020 to our fully renovated Hotel Mathios Village located on the picturesque island Santorini.

Attributing respect to our customers we have adopted all the measures regarding COVID 19 such as Certificate ISO 9001, ISO 14OO1 & HASP.

It has been o long period of inconvenience and frustrating situations all over the world but we continue and have made steps so all of us enjoy a safe environment and to welcome our guests.

In line with the Greek Government and the European Union's health and safety guidelines, we ensure our guests that they can enjoy an amazing and safe stay

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Public spaces in the hotel are equipped with hand sanitizers and are disinfected on a daily basis our staff is trained to follow all hygiene protocols and the wear the necessary protective equipment (masks and gloves) all employees are temperature screened on arrival at work to ensure they are in good health The pool is cleaned and chlorinated daily in order to ensure it will be absolutely safe for you to enjoy

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

We inform our guests that check in/check out will be changed in order for your room to be thoroughly cleaned.therefore, check in starts from 15.00 while check out is until 11,00 am in case of an early arrival you leave your luggage safe at the reception and then return for check in at 15.00.
